It is an insurance which pays for the bodily damage or property damage you cause to others. The payment is not made to the insured but it is made on behalf of the insured to a third party . The advantage of liability insurance is that it saves you from the risk of being sued by others.
Auto Liability insurance:
The liability coverage for your vehicle pays for the damage you cause to others in an accident. In the United states liability insurance is a must while driving. It is illegal to drive without a liability insurance.
Employer's liability insurance:
This pays for any damage or injury caused to any employee in the course of employment. The employer need not pay for it. |
