converting while disabled

And if "on waiver" that means the insured is disabled. Disabled = impaired = unhealthy = unlikely to be allowed to convert.

On another thread, Max made the above quote. Instead of admitting that he was wrong, he locked the thread when he was called out on it.

Should moderators be locking threads instead of taking the high road and admitting to their lack of knowledge on a subject?

Hi Guest,
As per forum rules, you shouldn't say anything abusive about any member or guest.
The forum rule says - "Do not indulge in defaming or abusing other members and external visitors."
So, please make logical posts and if you have to say anything about a member, at first, become a registered member.
Hope you'll continue participating in the forums wholeheartedly and make logical posts.

The post isn't meant to be abusive. I am sorry if that appears to be the case. I'm just questioning why the thread was locked. Max seems to be getting abused because when he is shown to be wrong, he refuses to admit it.

Hi Guest,
The thread hasn't been locked by Max. It has been locked by the Admin.

You're not supposed to make offensive posts targeting any person. The forum members are an integral part of the community.

Moreover, as I've already said, if you have to say anything about any post, at first, be a registered member yourself.
And, if you continue making posts which are not logical, we'll have to delete all your posts from AmPmInsure forums.

Hope you'll make logical and relevant posts in these forums.

Is it wrong to question why Max, a moderator in the forum, refuses to admit to being wrong when it is shown to be the case? This makes it difficult to trust the accuracy of anything that he says. This would be fine for some anonymous poster, but is it ok for a moderator?

Hi,
In these forums, the difference between a moderator and a member is that the former has additional roles and responsibilities.
Each and everyone participating the forums should respect others. You can very well express your views for or against the opinion of others with proper reason but you can't personally attack anyone.
Each and every member in these forums is a respectable person and an integral part of the community and you'll earn the same respect when you become a member yourself.
It'll be better if you participate in the forum and give logical replies, even if you need to say against what someone has said, and help others solve their insurance related problems and become knowledgeable.
