Can child support take money given to a beneficiary of a life insurance policy in Kentucky?

Here's the thing. No one can stop or interfere with the life insurance money passing to the beneficiary from the insurance company. However, once the money is in the hands/account of the beneficiary, it is subject to the claims of creditors, and child support in arrears would be one of those legitimate claims. Doesn't matter what the state is.
