Does insurance relly work for those people who are under previlage?

What do you mean by 'really work'? and for underprivledged? ins (all) is a contract between the company and the insured to provide the coverages set out in the contract...as long as the premium is paid, so I don't understand your question AT ALL...being underprivledged makes no difference at all...
