my ex wife just remarried and is going to get my life ins.i am terminally ill and somehow she has a court order on the policy,please help me

What does the court order state? Is it related to some clause mentioned in your divorce decree? Who is the owner of the plan?

Hi Kavols.. Did you check whether the language of the divorce judgment was specific towards divesting her of the expectancy interests in such benefits? I was surfing and it became evident that property settlements may have a life coverage expectancy interest. Steven
