I suspect foul play in a few deaths of his other ex wifes, but no proof. I have time now because I'm not working, due to a breast cancer diognoses. How can I cancell my policy??? My husband had me sign so many papers, I don't know the name of the Insurance Company now. I know for sure he is still paying the premeiums. Please help me!

I'm a little frightened, due to the fact that for almost 5 yrs. my lips have been fearfuly sealed. Since my breast cancer diognoses I fear God more than them. I will have to answer to God, why after He miraculously saved me, I didn't try and warn others. I open up to you in memory of Carla Jean, Perritte, Belcher, Oblander. Who died the mourning of 9-11-01. In a single car crash in Madera on HWY. 99. Our ex husband collected a double indemnity death benefit. He also uses C.O.L.I. as a "business tool." Numerious employees have died. that work for him. He is involved in Organized Crime, and that's their game. Since we are no longer married, I was thinking that he no longer had an insurable interest. On those grounds I could find out the Companies name and cancel their contract.

You won't be able to cancel the contract...you don't own it, you 'may' be able to convince the company that it was taken out without your knowledge...but was it? Doesn't sound like it, sounds like you knew it at the time..

You seriously need to talk with someone in the FBI, I'm not kidding.

Regarding the Insurable Interest issue.

There has to be an insurable interest at the time the policy was issued.

What happens afterwards doesn't affect an in-force contract.

Two business partners could purchase life insurance on each other's lives to facilitate a cross-purchase buy sell agreement. Then sell, quit, close the business later on and still keep the life insurance in force even though there is no longer an insurable interest.

If you have children together...or own a home/business etc together, there would clearly still be an insurable interest...but as Gary has pointed out you were married when it was taken out and any spouse would have an insurable interest.

We don't have children together. I was profiled to be a perfect victim. My "accidental" death for them would prove to be anything but easy. My once peaceful life was turned into a real mess. The longer I survived, the longer my "rap sheet" became. I'm writting a Testimony about what happened to me. Called Once In a Purple Moon. You have been helpful. Thank You.

Any accidental death needs probing. The life insurance company would investigate into the matter before disbursing the policy benefits to the beneficiary. And if they find anything unconvincing, they would withhold the benefits. Also, they would wait for the complete police report before initiating the claim process. Hence, you need not to worry.

Have you let your friends and family know about your concern? Walking away with a murder is never easy.

2 years ago, my husband's EX wife and his EX girlfriend, who was a pharmacy technician, tampered with his medication and made an attempt to kill him. My husband had 2 seizures and almost died. His EX wife stated to the EX girlfriend that if she helped her "OFF" him, then she would pay off the EX girlfriend's lease on her apartment with the insurance money. When she was confronted about this matter, she didn't come right out and say she did it, but she didn't deny it either. Is there a way to force the ex wife to cancel the policy and if I were to take out a life insurance policy, since he is my current husband, wouldn't my policy be recognized first in the event of his death, since I am his spouse; his next of kin?

Whose life insurance policy was that? You ex husband’s or his ex wife’s? Who was the beneficiary? She or the estate? Assuming that the life insurance policy was in his name and his ex-wife was the beneficiary, didn’t he change the name of the beneficiary from hers to yours?

Didn’t she and his ex-girlfriend go to jail for murder charges two years back? Had they been to, they would to be far away from making any claim.

If she is just the beneficiary, how could she cancel the policy? Here, again you are making things complicated by talking of getting a whole new policy. Yes, you can obviously do so.

You have skipped many vital information here and completely made a mess of the whole thing. Talk to your insurance agent for better guidance.

And it seems you are more concerned about inheriting his fortune than his health.
