My friends mother passed and he didnt get nothing and he knew his mother had insurance on him what should he do

Hi Everythang, I'm going to link you to another thread with similar discussion. Hope the suggestions made there would give some direction to your friend.
Look at some of the paper she may have left behind.
One of those papers must have the insurance she had.
Or talk to her doctors or wutever kind of insurance it is for.

Why can't people on this board use proper English?
If his mother had insurance on him, he is the insured. Since he is still alive, there is no death benefit to be paid. Since the deceased mother was paying the premium, the policy will most likely lapse due to unpaid premiums.

Well do you have a access to the papers?
Just try to find them in the house or ask to his friends that they can remember about it where he took a policy or just see old papers as there may be some papers of emi added to that policy.
If this still not work then you must see for other sites where you can get them .Or you have to wait till the policy period get over and the company comes to you.Also may be you will get a notice from them soon for adding emi.
I think your mother must have kept it some where that she feels it safe to her.Just try to give some try there and see if you can get it.
