One might also find out if a representative specializes in a demographic you belong to. Example: You are a 45-year old business owner. So does the representative service a number of clients that are business owners over 40, or are most of their clients w-2 employees age 25 - 40? How much does the rep. understand about people with your specific lifestyle? Also, is the rep. well-versed in other types of insurance so that they can possibly spot other areas that may need to be addressed...are they a good resource for financial information in general?
