I saw on the news where Shenadoah Life is going out of business and the Ins Dept has taken control of them. I read a big long website the scared me to death, telling me that I can't touch my money.

Can anyone tells us more?

Typically, when these things happen the state will take control of the company and attempt rehabilitation. If that fails they'll sell the company to a healthy insurer and all policyowners will be safe and sound.

there is also something called the state garuantee fund that should make sure everyone gets paid that should. Typcially insurance companies have large reserves for every dollar insured so I wouldnt worry to much. You should get what your entittled to it may just take awhile.

One of my clients showed me a letter today from a small insurance company that went under. He had a term policy with them and the letter had a questionnaire with it that asked if he believed that he deserved some or all of his money back. WHAT CLIENT WOULD SAY NO, KEEP IT??

Hi Domcha,

Well it could be a legal obligation..but what if it was a survey aimed to judge the support of the current policy owners?

amigo dared me to delete my dating apps

While I know that plenty of people meet and marry after connecting on a dating app or just have a lot of fun I could do without theswiping and texting with strangers for a few months.

As much as the web reminds you that there are millions of singles out there!it is also disheartening when, Amid all those probability matches, None of them click in real life. I constantly tellmyself and others that just because several single people on sexy russian women the Internet,Those aren't the only singles on the net. I know from event that I'm much lesslikely to rule someone out based on age, Occupation or appearancewhenthe interaction and communication starts in person than when it starts online.

I'm not swearing off dating foreign girls, But a break could be healthy. towards fact, afterall: The apps are humdrum me. I had the basicget to know you conversation with one of the guys, While we congratulated and berated various other for our good and hilariously off basebeanbag tosses. i'm not sure if I'll see him again, But it was further fun than a text exchange or a first date might've been.
