I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR ANYONE TO TAKE OUT A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY ON ME.

So you suspect that someone might have taken out a life insurance policy on you without your permission, right? Any reason for this suspicion?

May be you would need to feed us with little more information, of course without getting too personal, for better replies.

There are special circumstances under which one may get a life insurance plan on other's life without his/her permission. So, we need to know what circumstances you are in.
