Hi Members,
Day by day AmPmInsure is gaining popularity among it's users. Therefore, to help our community members in a better way we have started a section called "live help center" where the users will instantly get the answers to their queries.
I hope all the member will enjoy this service.

Hi yeah!
I agree that in case the community gets to interact with someone online...we may even plan up a better platform with all the invaluable suggestions pouring in from all quarters..
Yesterday I tried to use this feature but my browser didn't connect me with this help center. Maybe it was a problem with Firefox? Does this hep center work correctly with Firefox 2.0?
Anyway, I have foun the answer myself =)))) But still have some questions about the work of community.

Its great to know that people are using the live chat facility all over. Well, it surely goes well with the firefox 2.0 but might be there was a technical snag going on at the time you logged in. If not, then it might also be that none of the insurance commentators were available at that time.
