Yup, that would be quite a job for the ol boy. 
But, yeah, things need to be solved since its disrupting the function of the community. I'd support Chris's point of view that its better to stay away from commenting on the posts that we are not aware of than posting wrong information. |

Except that would require zero comments unless the state/country of origin are posted which they are not about 90% of the time...
Would we agree then that it would be of great benefit to the site if there is a manditory field when starting a new thread that requires the poster to minimally list the country that the question pertains to?

Lori, I hope you're suggesting that there be another field called 'country' along with the fields associated with the poster's name, subject and message body. But then, what would you do if it's a problem concerning a particular state within the country?

But then there would be too many fields to be filled up by the user before he actually reaches the message body. Don't you guys think ours would then be quite a different forum than the prevailing ones?
