Well I had a hard time viewing the website... the music is REALLY annoying and so 1990s.

An examination under oath is seldom only asked for verbally. I've _always_ seen them asked for in writing and sent certified mail. The _do_ contain a date. They also explain, in detail, the policy language pointing out that missing the EUO can result in a denial.

From the Links page on the website:

"They hire goons to enter employees’ homes in order to steal information if they get wind of an employee getting ready to blow the whistle on the company. They deliberately hack into employees’ home computers (computers that are not used for State Farm purposes - personal use only that the employees buy and pay for out of their own pockets) - how do I know this - I have a family friend who found that State Farm had been hacking into my computers since 2001 and I left employment in January of 2007. This family friend also saw that State Farm tried to send a virus package to my PC so he sent it back to them. State Farm has hired goons and threatened this family friend that if he didn’t kill me they were going to kill him."

I think someone has been watching too many SciFi movies.

I think State farm is quite a big name in the insurance industry. It would be foolish if they act like that. How'd they live up to their clients' expectations? How'd they beat competitors like Allstate? I don't think it's worth hacking into someone's system and gaining business out of it. It's kinda weird!

Hi, Fred Williams stated in his deposition exactly what I did. He verbally asked for EUO, but never suggested a date. I'm going through the depositions & posting excerpts on my website.

Is it a genuine insurance company or a third party acting between you and insurance companies because there have been few third parties indulging in insurance fraud and duping their clients.
