No, your homeowners insurance is designed to provide liability coverage. This provides coverage for you in the event you are liable to someone else for their injuries. As an example, if someone comes to your home and trips and falls on a ladder, you can be found liable for their medical bills. Homeowners insurance does not cover your own injuries as you are not liable to yourself (in other words, you can’t sue yourself in court).

If you get hurt in your house, what covers you is your medical or health insurance. ;)

You cant get the insurance as they are separated insurance. if you get hurt in your house then you can't get your house insurance because the only have insurance is your house and not you. you must have your life insurance or health insurance so you are secured in any ways. not just in your house but everything in you if ever you get hurt again.
