contesting a life insurance thats wrongfully distributed

My dad died in december and had a life insurance that was supposed to pay his funeral. now i am getting harrassing calls from my brother about leaving our cousin alone (beneficiary) and my mother already told me yesterday she thinks my younger brother and my dads cousin are planning something...I am his oldest child and need to know if they do not planning his funeralbill and what money is righfully ours? my dad has 4 kids me and my 3 younger brothers. its a long story but i will tell you right now it is extremely fishy whats going on and im scared...i have 4 kids of my own and my brothers also have children, she paid her own loans off....

I'm not sure I got this right. You are trying to say that the death benefit is being distributed wrongfully? You father appointed your cousin as the beneficiary and there is no way to contest that fact. What you can do is wait for your cousin to collect the death benefit and then you can take him to court.

Did your father have a will?
