last week I had a water leakage from top level bathroom and water came down in the wall of basement bathroom. i spend round 1000 for fix. can i get claim from my insurance. tks

Depends on what caused the leak and why it leaked. Also, you have a deductible so your looking at less then a $1000 payment.
