Why hire a public insurance adjuster?

It is wise to hire a public adjuster if your home experiences serious damage, like hurricane or flood damage. An adjuster can arrange for a survey of the damage, estimate its cost and help you file a complex claim. They will keep track of the innumerable phone calls with your insurer and attend meetings on your behalf. It is also smart to contact a public adjuster for smaller claims due to minor fire damage as these seemingly minor repairs add up quickly.

It's clear that you have no idea what a public adjuster is or does.

It's also clear that this is one spammer posting on another spammer.

The vast majority of claims are settled promptly, efficiently, and fairly by the insurance companies and their adjusters.

Like hiring an attorney, the need for hiring a public adjuster arises only if you and the insurance company cannot agree on the value of your loss. Until you and the insurance company come to an impasse over your claim, you don't need a public adjuster or an attorney.

What's the difference between an attorney and a public adjuster? About 23.333%. Most attorneys take 1/3 (or more) of your settlement. Public adjusters typically contract for 10% of your settlement. Why give up any of it if you can avoid it?
