Hello,
In October I’m moving out of my apartment. Unfortunately, few days ago I noticed that most of the windows are broken in the corners. The house is quite old and the windows are too, old. Perhaps, these happened while closing them or during last winter.
Could you please tell me how to solve the issue? Should I change all the glasses before I move out? Or, would the agency change that once they take over?
Since this is my first renting, I don’t know the rules.

Nothing to do with insurance.
MY recommendation is to obtain an estimate before moving out. Before you move out, have the management do a walk through. If they want you to pay for the windows you can offer them the amount of the estimate. Usually management companies will attempt to inflate the repair cost. If they do and you refuse the pay, you then have an estimate to back up your lower offer.

Absolutely, this has nothing to do with insurance. You will have to find out how much this can cost you in repairs or if you get fined for the broken glasses.

I also feel that it would be beneficial for you to pay the estimated amount to the management company, they will get it fixed. You need not worry about it.

I also feel the same that there nothing to do with home insurance. First you request the agency to make a walk through and try to sort out how much it will charge you in repairing all your broken windows.
