I’ve no clue what is wrong with my home and auto insurance scores!! My credit score is more than 700. I haven’t had a home insurance claim in the last 20 years; was involved in an accident but didn’t file a claim; instead paid for the damages. But both my home and auto insurance scores display “Poor”!! The description even says that the poor score reveals the likeliness of me filing a claim...Ridiculous! What the hell should I do with this?

This is not an insurance question. It appears you have an issue with the information a website is reporting. Why not ask Credit Karma?
