The roof had a leak and some was sent to repair the roof within hours. However there was water damage to my ceiling. Who is responsible to pay for the ceiling. The insurer said a "leak" is not part of roof insurance. She called it a maintenance issue. Who pays--condo or me?

If it was truly a "maintenance" issue, the Condo Owners' Association is responsible.
