The last time my insurance company asked whether if my home wiring was safe, I was unsure of the safety from an insurance perspective as the wiring was quite old though aluminium wiring.
I was stressed up by the fear of replacing my wiring.So I hired a licensed electrician to check my wiring. He repaired the aluminium wiring and fixed the loopholes [deleted as per TOU] in my wiring and hence I didn’t have to do a rewiring. He helped me save a lot of money. I was really surprised to see that they do provide electrical inspection that was approved by my insurance company.
