hey there, jus make sure that you have a collision and comprehensive coverage in place!
By doing this not only would you be saving your pocket but also have all the three (collision, comprehensive n liability) with one policy under the same co. I feel this would be the best way out for you.

hi, be sure that if your car is old and that you've planned to use it for a motor home, then you obviously have to pay more in terms of premiums. Since its still not known as to which company would be charging more its better for you to go out n shop. If you're already shopping for vehicle insurance you could definitely pick a full coverage from a different company.
wish you luck! Fatman |

| hey shop alright, but do make sure that u ask the co. whether they are offering a “multi-car” discount. This would help ya in saving money by getting your other vehicles insured by them at the same instance. And if you insure your home with that co. too, you could end up getting a discount there as well. Regards, Sasha |

Hi all, I would certainly like to add to all thats been said over here. You dont need to pay more on your homeowners insurance if you attach some kinda sheltered spot for your motor home within your place.
Make sure that you inform your insurer of any such forthcoming plans for making constructions in or around your place especially if that would increase the value of the property or if it alters the homeowner's policy.
In case you own some other motorized item such as a fishing cart or a golf cart, it might be insured by adding a rider or endorsement to your existing policy.
