Hi all,
I often see people driving on without insurance in place. It is then, that I don't feel good since I'm paying so much towards my auto-insurance. Is it like this, that it is gonna get carried on for good ? regards, gr8Blackie

Hi! One of the major reasons for you to maintain auto insurance is that it is the only legal way for you to drive. I can understand that you often see many others who have yellow stickers even though they don't have insurance. Believe me, the times soon gonna come when these people would be taken off the road. My friend, theres a possibility that you may go thru any accident which is not at fault with you. Under such a circumstance, the other driver may not possess insurance. Thats why many drivers feel the need to procure uninsured motorists coverage. Or else its better to take the chances for paying one's own damages when he gets hit by an uninsured driver.

Guys..I thinks its high time we should stop using the yellow stickers on the rear windows of all the cars which have no insurance. Any uninsured car should be impounded or towed for not maintaining insurance. We should take examples from Florida and California where the police have succeeded a lot in terms of curbing the uninsured population. Lets learn from our experiences..regards, Evan

I'm sure the drivers who do not maintain the mandatory liability insurance would lose their right to appeal to the court for filing the first $10,000 of several kinds of damages.
