Hi, you answered my question about sending the uninsured driver who hit me a demand letter. Thank you, I did send him a letter. I had a couple other questions, I hope it is okay to PM you. Is it correct that the most I will recover on this claim will be the limit of my Uninsured Motorist coverage, which is $25k? I am in Oklahoma, and from my research I am pretty sure that OK allows stacking; if I am correct, then I could stack the UM limit from both vehicles we have insured ($25k x 2) and recover up to that amount? If my medical bills go over the policy limit, then will my health insurance pay for those expenses beyond the policy limit, or what happens at that point? If the most I can recover is my policy limit, then is there any benefit to hiring an attorney (I doubt the guy that hit me has any money or assets)?

Hey MaxHerr..I posted a question but only got 1 reply. I was in an accident in Ohio. Traffic going in the opposite direction as I had the green arrow, when the arrow went off my light turned green. I proceeded to make a right turn and hit the side of a car that was turning left. Whos fault? |
