If I was cut from full time work, to part time work, and then totally laid off, how are my benefits determined? Would I get a % of what my full time salary was or a % of what I was making from the part time hours?

I guess what you're getting for a part-time opportunity is actually a percentage of what you've earned working on a
full-time basis.
The maximum limit has to be determined by your state, but I think the minimum benefit has to be determined upon the wages that you'd earned for 2 highest quarters during the last year. Pinkfloydfan
