My car was picked up and the tow company damaged my wheels and dropped the car damaging the front end and side of the car.The insurance company supposingly paid the body shop. There was a suppliment sent for other damages verify by BMW. The insurance company has not paid the suppliment the body shop said they sent in for my car.The body shop will not give me a copy of what was done to my car i believe they used used parts to fix my car.

What is the reason the auto repair shop will not furnish any documents to you? Have you called the insurance company to see what the status of your claim is? Has the body shop owner done the same?
Too many unanswered questions.
