Approximately 1 month ago I had a slip in fall at Ralphs market (a piece of lettuce in the dairy section). I was with my husband who was a witness, another man in the section as well as a an employee that was stocking. I had immediate bruising to my left upper arm as I tried to grab the cart to stop my fall, twisted my lower back and then landed on my hip. I made my report with the mgr. of store who in turn made his report. I have spoken with an adjuster who said he had to do a follow up report. As of this date, I have heard nothing.
I guess it is meaningless to Ralphs that I was bruised, and suffered lower back pain for over 2 weeks, lost a day and a half of pay and all the time involved.
Please, help me out here because I am ready to go nuts on the adjuster for poor procedure.

Have you submitted a demand to the adjuster? Have you send in all of your medical bills to justify that demand? Are you done treating?
If you are expecting the adjuster to obtain all of the information then you can expect it to take more then 30 days.

You will have to be more proactive. Contact the adjuster again and submit all the proofs related to the accident. Call the adjuster and fix up a meeting.

I was with my little girl when i was walking on the cosmetic aisle as soon as i turned into it it felt diffrent then the previouse aisles as if a substance was on it. anyways i continued and as I was about to reach out to get a mascara i slipped and hit my head so hard i had a blood dripping down. My only worry was my little girl i stayed as calm as possible and said mommy was fine (really i was so dizzy) i felt i was going to faint but i needed to act as normal as possible> i remember the clerk asking me if im ok . I said yes and stumbled to my car . My plan was to text my husband so my little girl would not be in fear and he could come and take us well i could no longer see i guess i dialed 911 and thats all i remember until i was in the emergency room. All i needed to know was how my little girl was and Thank jesus she is ok ! Im a big girl but not a bad person. I can barely remember anything from that night i was in a fog and today i spoke to the adjuster who treated me like dirt she could not understand how i could not remember every detail " Im sorry i said please put me on a lie detector machine i feel stupider by the minute my bills are over 7k and i see blurry with migrains every day, the adjusters treated me so bad i had to hang up in tears just holding my bills in my hand and more on the way how can people be so mean? I will try and make a payment plan and hopefully i will get better. I just dont understand theirs cameras this was an actual accident i just cant understand why they are so tainted thinking everyone is a fruad or a bad person id like to think Im ok. :(

Your mistake was leaving the scene before a report could be made. Anyone can make a claim like yours. If there are security cameras, they may or may not verify your story.
