I live in Texas My Father was renting a stove and dryer from Arrons rental and lease Me and my wife and kids lived with him i was taking care of him : he was disabled " i also can not work but he passed away and now i have the rental company calling me telling me that i have to return the merchandise but friends told me that when he passed it should have been paid for he was fairly poor he had no estate no , life insurance nothing like that so my Question is do i have to return the stove and dryer , or can i keep them ?

I'm not clear if the items were being rented to own, just rented, paid for etc. Regardless, if he was still living what would happen? That is the question. His estate is still responsible for the contract.

well it was rent to own and as far as a estate he didnt have one.

Was everything paid off? I'm guessing not. What does the contract state if the person failed to pay off the items?

He does have an estate. Everyone does. The estate handles all of his "matters' (debts, assets, etc.).

well he took care of everything before he passed donating his body and everything like that as far as anything else like bills and such we just put one them deceased and send them back. i read the rental contract and there is nothing on it about if he passes or not, just that if he fails to pay the stuff will be picked up by them .....
