What is the value of my injuries? I had a slip and fall injury. I have severe aggravation of degenerative disc disease in my neck. I have severe cervical strain in my neck and I have a partial torn tendon in my right shoulder. What is the average settle for all of these injuries?

There is no such thing as an average value for injuries. If you are not at fault for your injuries, you are entitled to 100% of your necessary medical expenses and related costs. "Pain and suffering" is negotiable. Have your injuries been diagnosed by an MD or a DC?Add your comment
