The courts award me 200 dollars for compensation in a Civil suit. I was not comfortable with that. I made a claim with the City insurance company. What is the do's AND don't in this matter. The city is liable for their employee

Wonderful. Were you the Plaintiff or Defendant? If you were the Plaintiff, who was the Defendant? If your matter has been decided in your favor, there is probably nothing more that may be done, unless the court made some kind of fundamental error of law.

What is the do's AND don't in this matter.

Ask your Magic 8-Ball. You'll probably give it more information than you've given us, and you want us to blindly lead you back into court. Good luck with that.

I was the Plaintiff and the Defendant is a Police Officer for the City. There is a Law know as Abuse of Process. There is no such thing as a Magic 8-Ball It is called a Legal Matter with Justice and Fairness for All. I was asking for advice and the formula and calculation to how to get the amount of compensation and or punitive damages awarded. Seeking true advice

DO think about the fact that you post no information on the situation that created this matter and DON'T think you will get any type of answer when posting such vague information.

If you have some random "legal" matter then perhaps you want to speak to an attorney rather then posting the issue on an insurance forum.

Your matter, as I previously indicated, has been adjudicated. Unless there was some form of judicial error, you are done.
Is this happening in the USA?

This is why I asked if you are in the USA. Because your statement is incorrect. Magic 8-Balls are readily available from Amazon.com for $10.95

On the other hand

Legal Matter with Justice and Fairness for All

is not exactly an American concept.

I guess you haven't been watching TV lately this seems to be all too American. I've seen people all over the news talking about Justice and Fairness.

I watch almost no "TV" (I watch certain shows on Hulu or Netflix instead).
