We have a minimum and deposit general liability policy with an E&S carrier. Insured cancelled mid-term past the minimum earned period and requested an audit. A policy designed to provide additional coverage over one or more primary policies. It doesn't pay until the loss amount exceeds the coverage limits on the primary policy.
