I can only say that Workers Compensation has tables with figures for things like this. That is, it's a set amount.

yeah, I'd agree with tcope at saying that its all about set amounts..but at the same time I believe you have all the reasons to give us more information as to what exactly is the policy that you have applied for & what would be the benefits that you have bagged out of it.

Well..ouch... :shock: don't forget if you have another policy that you have purchased yourself there may be additional coverages...such as aflac etc.
