I can only say that Workers Compensation has tables with figures for things like this. That is, it's a set amount.

yeah, I'd agree with tcope at saying that its all about set amounts..but at the same time I believe you have all the reasons to give us more information as to what exactly is the policy that you have applied for & what would be the benefits that you have bagged out of it.

don't forget if you have another policy that you have purchased yourself there may be additional coverages...such as aflac etc.
