Looking for what Overload Coverage is and what Waterborne coverage is. This would be on a contractors risk

I would assume this is on a crane risk. Usually the carrier providing coverage for the crane company will consider removing this exclusion for an additional premium. It would be tough to find a market unless it was a large account.
