He may have the required information, in fact, whenever you face trouble with your insurance, you should first knock the insurance agent for help. Also you can check out with the insurance company's website. It may have the provision to disclose information on the policy when the required information is produced by the policy holder. Placing a call at the insurer's office may also help. The officials can provide you with the necessary information on the policy. Hope it helps.
