Oh Nanny, thank you so much for this kind remark, it was so kind of you. The main reason I've joined these types of forums is to hopefully (in some small way) help folks thru some of the trauma that is associated with claims process. My heart just aches for your situation, as Nana myself I cannot even get my mind around your pain, I'm glad I was able to provide you with some small comfort.
