| Citizens to restart writing builder's risk insurance |

Citizens Property Insurance Corp. will resume writing and renewing builder's risk insurance policies through Dec. 31. Citizens also said it will not cancel builder's risk policies through that date, unless they have problems with underwriting or payments.
