Kids' Health Insurance Put In Iraq Bill
     
New funding was included in a war spending package totaling some 120 billion dollars that lawmakers hope will win President Bush''s signature by week''s end. More than a dozen states -- including Maine -- whose children''s health insurance plans are running out of money may have gotten welcome news from Washington.
