Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc., the largest US bank-owned insurance brokerage, announced the completion of four more acquisitions in California, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Texas. This brings their total to 12 acquisitions for this year.
The companies are Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency, Inc. and its subsidiaries; The Richardson Group; the Employee Benefits Division of The Brehm Group, Inc. and Technology Insurance Services, Inc.,
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Capstone Advisors, Brehm''s Estate Planning Division, was not affected. Wells Fargo has acquired 12 insurance agencies in 2007.
