In the interests of transparency, the state of Connecticut''s Insurance Dept intends to post information on its Web site gathered by their market conduct division on how insurers treat their customers and the fines they pay for violating state law.
The reviews will include whether they pay out claims on time, complaint handling, the proper calculation of premiums and more.
