| Fed cuts rate for 2nd time in 8 days |

As the stock market expect, the Fed cut rates again today by 1/2 point. The second cut in 8 days in an effort to ward off a recession. While this of course lowers housing mortgage cost, does it signal tougher times ahead for the economy?
