Fifteen years ago, the phony couple sat at a phony kitchen table in TV ads paid for by the insurance industry, which fiercely opposed the Clintons' plan to transform the way health insurance worked in this country. The ads were set in a fictional future, when the Clintons' plan had gone into effect.
