| Builder arrested for insurance fraud |

A Port Charlotte builder has been arrested as part of a statewide insurance fraud sweep that netted at least 70 suspects this week.
Timothy Joseph Farhat, president of PGI Homes Inc., allegedly failed to provide workers' compensation insurance for a subcontractor and an employee.
