China's first medical insurance regulation specially designed for migrant workers to solve the problem of rising medical costs for the low-income group has been passed. The government will subsidize the fund in emergencies, such as the outbreak of certain epidemics, severe natural disaster or policy adjustment, according to the new regulation.
