Hurricane toll on US highways

Residents who live south of U.S. Highway 90 are being denied coverage because of where they live. Lawmakers are trying to pass legislation that would prevent some of the headaches being felt by residents who live south of Highway 90. One would keep a company from changing a contract mid-way through a policy.
