2 women arrested on Insurance fraud case
     
More than a dozen insurance policies worth more than $4 million would follow, Los Angeles police and prosecutors say, each with a different version of the insureds' lives, but all benefiting the same septuagenarian women who paid for the two former transients' apartments. And for a couple of years, until the insurance policies matured, life was good.
