| Include mental health in insurance |

Despite 12 years of advocacy by the National Alliance on Mental Illness' Wisconsin chapter and the Coalition for Fairness in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Insurance — representing more than 2 million Wisconsin citizens — the leadership in the Wisconsin Senate and Assembly still has not passed a parity bill. We've been told there weren't enough votes to ensure passage.
