Major carriers operating across the U.S. have been asked to submit their revenue and compensation details with the House Energy and Commerce Committee. The recipients constitute a couple of non-profit organizations as well.

It is true that the govt. run plan is not accepted by one and all. But the reason for including non-profit organizations is not quite clear to me. Roddick
