I guess you look all over the house, and then apologize? If they lost their own luggage, then they should've been more careful I guess... 1. File a lost luggage claim with the carrier (air, train, bus, rickshaw) 2. If they lost it in the carrier station (airport, train station, bus station, rickshaw corner) they are probaby out of look - they should have kept it closer to them. 3.
