Hey there,
There are different policies of filing claims for each insurance carrier but the processing time largely depends on the nature of the claim. The turn around rate is also affected by the lost article and the insurance carrier's policy. Our insurance carriers have some of the highest ratings from the AM Best (an independent insurance carriers rater).
