I guess there's a special group policy offered by the American Assoc. of retired persons. Probably it helps the senior citizens by reducing their MH insurance premiums. It also offers certain specific facilities for them.

My MH is a 1992 clayton that was is sound condition. Sure it needed painted but that is it. The company I highered to move the trailer put a big dent in side by running into trees also the back passenger side bumper/corner hit a big rock and has busted the wood. What options do I have about getting this fixed by the company. I gave him three hun down and was supposed to give him another three when trailer got delivered.. I did not give it to him casuse he has done more than three hun in damage. I dont even know if the company has insurance or not. Do you have any suggestions?

File a claim with the company that moved your unit. If they have insurance, you will hear from their insurance company. If they don't, you won't hear anything and you'll have to sue in small claims court for your damages.

You'll need to document the damage and have estimates for the repair cost.

"Mobile" refers to the fact that the dwelling is not attached to a permanent foundation.
